New Client Information
I absolutely cannot wait to meet you, but first thing's first. I do require all new clients to book an in person consultation before reserving your appointment. This is to ensure that the adequate amount of time is blocked out for your service. I will never rush your time with me in order to serve my next guest. It is also not fair to my next guest to run behind schedule because you and I were not on the same page when the appointment began.

I also require consultations so that we can sit down and come up with a game plan as to what to expect during your first visit. This is the perfect opportunity to ask questions; express your concerns or desires and to discuss your beauty budget. This ensures that we do not have miscommunication before I even begin to touch your hair.

Once your consultation is booked, I will send you a form to fill out before your appointment time so that we can go over this together at your consultation. We will have a conversation about your hair goals, struggles, and needs. I encourage you to bring inspiration photos. By the time you leave, I want you to feel confident in the plan we come up with and have a full understanding of what you can expect at your appointment from pricing to what is actually achievable with your hair.

Consultations are $10 and include up to 30 minutes of my undivided attention.
